Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by Sweethelp LLC ("Sweethelp," "we," "us") through our website at sweethelp.xyz.
All payments for Sweethelp services are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor. Refund requests are therefore handled in coordination with our payment provider.
2. Free Trial
Sweethelp may offer a free trial period for select plans. During the trial:
- No payment is required
- You may cancel at any time without incurring any charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at contact@sweethelp.xyz.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods upon cancellation
4. Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email us at contact@sweethelp.xyz within 14 days of your first payment
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process the refund through our payment provider within 5–10 business days
4.2 After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Significant service outage or failure attributable to Sweethelp
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service
- Account downgrades (the difference in price is not refunded)
- Services already consumed or delivered
- Add-ons or one-time purchases, unless defective
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect or have a billing issue, please contact us at contact@sweethelp.xyz before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
All payment disputes are handled in coordination with our payment processor. We work closely with our payment provider to ensure all disputes are resolved promptly.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- All refunds are issued through our payment processor to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
